1.Improve
the Water Quality of the effluent being discharged from the
Region II Wastewater Treatment Plant; and
2.Eliminate
sanitary sewer overflows and surcharging conditions of the gravity sewer
system; and
3.Reduce
extraneous flows, typically referred to as Inflow and Infiltration
(I&I) entering the gravity sewer system.
