Part of NRPA’s month-long Park and Recreation Month celebration, themed “Where Community Grows,” this special day honors park and recreation professionals nationwide.

On July 21, 2023, Talbot County Department of Parks and Recreation and the Talbot County Government celebrated our dedicated Parks and Recreation professionals who selflessly deliver high-quality experiences and opportunities, and keep our parks and landings clean, safe, welcoming, and ready to use.
