Concession Stand Worker

Salary: Hourly $15.00

Summary:

The Concession Stand Worker is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized concession area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, including snacks, drinks, and quick meals.
  • Operate a cash register and handle cash or credit transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including counters, utensils, and equipment.
  • Ensure inventory is stocked and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Follow food safety regulations and health guidelines.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and securing the concession area.
  • Provide prompt and friendly customer service to all rink patrons.
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown if required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in food service or retail is preferred.
  • Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
