Hazardous Material units from AACo and Wicomico County managed the cleanup process. Talbot County Emergency Service’s ambulance bus provided a cool respite once firefighters were decontaminated and out of their hazmat suits.
On July 24, 2024 Talbot County Emergency Services responded to a Hazmat incident on St. Michaels Road. During the incident, Emergency Services deployed the use of an Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS), commonly known as a drone, to provide visual support of the affected area.
