Due to the high community transmission rate of COVID in Talbot County, and at the recommendation of Dr. Maria Maguire, Talbot County Health Officer, the Talbot County Council will be holding their January 11 and January 25, 2022 meetings virtually.

Additionally, effective January 4, 2022, masks will be required for all County employees and visitors while in County buildings. This falls in line with Governor Hogan’s declaration of

January 3, 2022 mandating masks for employees and visitors in all State buildings. The need for additional virtual meetings will be re-evaluated at the end of January. For more information, call the County Manager’s Office at (410) 770-8010.
