Liquor License Renewal Deadline Approaching.

The Talbot County Board of Liquor License Commissioners (Liquor Board) would like to remind licensees about the upcoming deadline for liquor licenses renewals. 2024 renewals should be submitted to the Board by March 31, 2024 to avoid incurring late fees.

For a licensed establishment to operate legally, renewals must be processed, and a new license displayed on premises by May 1, 2024.  

Renewal permits can be found online at talbotcountymd.gov/liquorboard. Once the renewal is submitted and processed, the 2024-2025 licenses will be available for pickup from April 8th to 30th. Fees are required to be paid prior to issuance of the renewal and vary depending on the license type.

The Liquor Board is located at the Talbot County Courthouse, South Wing, 11 N. Washington St, Easton MD 21601. Office hours are 8 am. to 4:30 p.m., closing for lunch from 12 to 1 p.m.
