'Only going to get worse': Talbot officials discuss rise in senior homelessness

Talbot County officials and senior care leaders met Tuesday to discuss creating a task force to address senior homelessness, a rapidly accelerating problem, experts say. The request for the task force comes from Talbot County Council member Lynn Mielke. Recycle Bins at Perry Cabin Fields Removal Authorized

Due to ongoing concerns about the recycling bins at Perry Cabin Park, specifically, their incompatibility with nearby sport field activities and repeated misuse including household trash, Talbot County Council has authorized Maryland Environmental Services (MES) to remove the bins from the park’s lot. Over the years, on family trips, he often had the chance to sit in the cockpit of commercial aircraft.
